Furnished rooms, lofts and studios · Puerto Juárez, Cancún, Mexico
Comfortable rooms, lofts and studios a short walk from the sea. Come for a couple of nights to unwind, bring the family for the weekend, or settle in for six or twelve months — with beach club access and someone who answers the phone in English.
No pretending
The name sounds elegant — so let's be honest before you book: Casa Arrecife is not a luxury resort, and we don't pretend to be one. We're a comfortable, well-kept place with your own room, kitchen access, and beach club access a short walk away. No butlers, no marble lobby, no airs — just a decent, well-cared-for space and real people who'll greet you by name.
Who Casa Arrecife is for
Casa Arrecife was built to fit different reasons for coming — a short escape, a family weekend, a whole winter, or the start of a new life here. Whoever you are, there's a room that fits.
Work has been relentless and you just need a couple of days to breathe. Come recharge, enjoy the beach club, and let us show you how good it feels to slow down.
Looking for fun on a weekend or a short vacation? Bring the whole family — we'll welcome you with the warmth and ease your time together deserves.
You leave the cold from November to April. You want a warm base with your own kitchen and the beach a few minutes away.
Thinking about relocating to Mexico? A season here teaches you more than ten vacations ever could.
Rooms, lofts & studios
Casa Arrecife has ten individually named spaces, organized into three categories by size and layout. Photos below are representative of each category — ask us for the specific unit you're considering.
2 units
Our two largest spaces — open, bright, with the kitchen, bed and dining area sharing one generous room. Ideal for families or groups of friends who want extra room to spread out.
Capacity: up to 4 people
6 units
Double-height spaces with a Queen bed on the main floor and an upstairs loft with two additional twin beds — comfortable for a couple, or a family of up to four.
Capacity: up to 4 people
2 units
Our most compact and affordable option — a Queen bed only, no loft, no extra twin beds, plus a mini-fridge and microwave. Simple, comfortable, and perfect for a couple or a solo traveller.
If stairs are a concern for you, let us know — it may be more comfortable to rent a second room nearby, and we offer an additional discount when you do. Mobility matters to every one of our guests.
We also have wheelchair-accessible rooms available. Please let us know in advance if you'll need one, so we can prepare it for you.
What's in every room
Every room, loft and studio includes the same standard of everyday comfort — here's exactly what that means.

Opening rates
These are our opening rates for the first guests at Casa Arrecife.

Casa Arrecife Membership
Membership applies to stays of one month or longer. Each line tells you whether it's included or discounted — no surprises, no fine print.
For people who'd rather not cook
Some guests want the kitchen. Others came here to stop cooking. If that's you, this is the plan — a four-course dinner every single day at Mandinga Restaurant, chosen from the full menu.
Optional add-on · Mandinga Restaurant
Two different things
People often assume access to one means free food at the other. It doesn't — so here they are, explained separately.
Your access to the sea, a short walk from your door — and included with member stays.
Caribbean cooking and local seafood. You pay for what you eat — with a member's rate on your bill, or the full Culinary Plan if you'd rather not cook at all.
Family visits
For our long-stay guests, the hardest part of a season away is being far from family. So membership includes room to bring them along.
See it for yourself
Here's exactly how our video content breaks down — so there's never any confusion about what you're watching.
Real, unedited recordings filmed directly at the property — no actors, no AI, nothing staged. What you see is what you'll get.
These two clips are produced using artificial intelligence to show the lifestyle and mood of the destination. They are clearly labelled as such — they are not footage of the actual property.
Where you'll be
Puerto Juárez is a real, working neighbourhood of Cancún — with neighbours, shops, the ferry to Isla Mujeres and daily life going on around you. It is not a gated resort, and we'd rather you know that now than discover it later.
How it works
Whether you're booking a weekend or a season, we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
Tell us your dates and how many of you there are. A person answers during our posted hours.
We walk you through the room live, show you the stairs and the bathroom, answer everything, and do the honest maths with you.
You sign remotely, we send your arrival guide, and someone meets you at the door.
Straight answers
Let's talk
Tell us your dates and what matters to you — stairs, noise, medical access, bringing the family. We'd rather answer honestly now than have you unhappy later.
